Came in Monday, July 2nd to see if they would like to purchase a vehicle from me, After hearing their countless advertisements about “we’ll give you top dollar even if you don’t buy a vehicle from us.” Long story short I was offered $16,000 and when I came back a week later to finalize the deal, the sales manager told me “Ohhh I’m sorry, we thought you wanted to trade. Screwed me, sold me an extended warranty for a commercial truck I bought there. Then when the truck needed service they wouldn’t honor the warranty because I didn’t disclose it was a delivery vehicle. I said it’s a delivery truck what did you think a was using it for.
