Quick to sell you something but not there for you when it comes to anything else. ( to his credit Don has tried) 700 miles on a brand new vehicle and it’s spent more time in for service than in my driveway. I set up an appointment to test drive a vehicle they had in stock and got 3 voicemails to verify the appointment and everything. I get a call back from the manger that tells me that the vehicle was sent to auction and that I would need to put a deposit down for them to get the vehicle back. I’ve never heard of such a thing. RecommendedJust picked up my 2022 Escape Plug In Hybrid. Dan Hamad did a great job and I would highly recommend him. He was well trained in the EV technology and made it easy to understand the features.
I have a 2020 F150 I bought from Romano and it is still under full warranty. My transmission gears are slipping and called today to schedule service. First I was told unless their was a “wrench” symbol in my dashboard they would not look at it. I pressured to bring in anyway then was told they were 8-10 months out for scheduling. So I said give me a date 8 months out, he refused and said he would have his service manager call me to explain why they will not look at my issue. … See more
I can't say enough about how helpful Chris Hayes was My Ford 150 had an issue with the engine light. I told Chris that if it was not ready by Friday I needed a loner pick up to tow our food trailer to a cancer walk in Syracuse He said he didn't have anything. When we determined that a part was needed he made a loner work so we could still be available for the cancer fund raiser. I have always used Chris and he always delivers quality service. Thank Chris

My beloved 2011 Escape died a couple weeks ago. Because I had had such a positive experience when I bought her from Romano Ford six years ago, I went back to find my next vehicle. Donald was awesome and helpful, answering/addressing the many questions/concerns I had. I am beyond satisfied with the customer service I received and the 2020 EcoSport (now known as “Carla”) that I ended up buying!!
I have never dealt with a more incompetent or unprofessional group of people than those working at Romano Ford. Discouraged me from ever buying a vehicle from them again
