Terrible experience with salesman Duane Clark. Made an appointment to see two used vehicles after work at 7pm. One was supposed to be brought from another Romano lot Drove fifty miles. Came ready to buy. Both were great deals. When we got there they switched to another salesman who showed us about everything but what we came for. He then admitted the car was sold and the other one wasn't there. It had been sold earlier also. No phone or text warning. They tried to show us everything else before they gave us the bad news.
