Recommendedvery good hospital and they really now what there doing and they really care that you get better and have good and nice staff they helped my dad and probably saved allot of people's lives would recommend them being better then most hospitals and the rooms our nice and they have food and stuff if you get hungry very good and nice hospital most hospitals don't care for you they do.
Very difficult to call your doctor. I would like a direct number to my doctor's office. Also my pharmacy has had issues contacting OLOL physicians for refills. OLOL claims NOT to be getting the requests from the pharmacy and the pharmacy has to fax requests several times VERY FRUSTRATING
Get new management because some people are good ...few bad?
This is a good hospital, but keep you valuables close and and eye on your kids. My grandson had his iPad stolen out of the lady’s restroom near the chapel. Of course the cameras don’t work so they can’t even investigate. Hope the thief gets HER enjoyment. GOD does not sleep!
I was born there and have used this same hospital for seventy years (that’s my age) recently 2018 I’ve had a major back surgery that took two days to complete and in 2019 I had hernia surgery and a Sholder replacement Surgey I have no complaints ever!
Had my knee replaced at OLOL and can't say enough about the staff in both operating and recovery. Great crew!
Very disappointed with hearing this is how one of your employees refer to their patients. This is a comment made about a homeless woman on a video from a news station interview. I would never trust being under Holly Downs McGraw’s care. Absolutely disgraceful and extremely JUDGMENTAL... which no health care provider should be... especially on the internet!
stop letting people wait in waiting rooms for 5 and 6 hours in extreme pain and cant walk get pushed to the side and then never seen
