Our Lady of the Lake would be greatly improved if violent racist Shane McKinney was fired instead of placed on leave as if his assault of a black woman is something Sensitivity Training could fix. Fire him. Make him an example. Restore your good name before the internet deals with you.
When is Shane McKinney going to be terminated for calling a woman a racial slur and attacking her??? Surely this is not behavior the hospital condones.

I arrived at ER via Ambulance, was moved to hospital bed rolled into the hall, placed between room 16 and 17 in hallway where it states do not leave patients. For well over an hour and half just puking up my guts in worst pain I’ve ever experienced!!! First time anyone came to my assistance was when my 8 1/2 month pregnant daughter came looking for me!! Worst experience. Why is it exclusively kids working here? I don’t think I saw a single person over the age of 25 when I was in there. VERY unprofessional. Doctors talking to patients in the waiting room, nobody was wearing gloves, seemed like nobody knew what they were doing. The nurse Literally said “we aren’t going to test you for COVID but we’re just assuming you have it”. Like can I go back to work or not?! HORRIBLE . I feel like if I didn’t have COVID before, I definitely have it after being in that nasty waiting room ... read more
