Taken to our lady of the lake for abdominal pain they said it was just gas went to lake view in Covington they had me in surgery the next morning for a ruptured gallbladder

I had outpatient surgery there a couple of years ago and everybody was amazing, helpful, caring, and seriously good at their jobs.
I was surprised to see my family member have his food delivered to his room by a person that was NOT wearing a mask during this corona virus period!! This hospital is a facade!! How dare this hospital allow such endangering circumstances to family members but staff as well. I hate Louisiana and it’s primitive mindsets that direct protocols of this type of professionalism. It’s unhealthy and deadly to have this happening. OLOL should be sued.
The service was great and my doctors were awesome help
It is. A catholic hospital. Myhusband was there last year for dementia and he got very good. Care. The Doctors who treated. him were very compassionate . They did. Every thing they could. To help Reg. To get better. But nothing work. We had to put. Him in hospice. The. Doctor took care of all the paperwork. We put him in St. Joseph house. the Carpenter. HouseI. It is a wonderful place. They take. Care. Of all. His needs. I. Would give it a double 5 star rating The OLOL IS A GOOD HOSPITAL.
You will die waiting to get seen!! Horrible Hospital!!!
