Support staff are rude and the policy for no one under 12 inside the hospital is beyond ridiculous. Administration needs to change this. If you have loved ones that may pass your young ones will not be welcome at all even under those circumstances. Paying to get out of the parking garage was the best $3 I ever spent. Would rate 0 or negative stars if I could.

Whatever you do, do not and I repeat DO NOT go to this ER, they have extremely unprofessional staff. Doctor saw me once and never even came back, a nurse discharged me and gave test results. Which I'm pretty sure is malpractice. I had questions about an X-ray yet a doctor was no where to be found. I wasn't even given ice for swelling nor bandages nor anything to help clean my wounds. I would have been better off staying at home and caring for myself. What a hospital! Seriously wtf OLOL?
