I don't have to explain.
I tried to get an appointment due to a medical problem with my PC doctor and was told I could not see anyone until next week, when I complained, the nurse wrote back and told me I was offensive. This same nurse has sent religious messages to me that were unwanted in the past which I consider offensive and I have copies. Legal action?

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Our Lady of the Lake’s emergency department is the biggest joke! This is my second time in this department this weeks with a second loved one NOT being treated promptly or with empathy! Came in via ambulance in excruciating pain - not an ounce of empathy for it or a sense of urgency. SHAME ON THIS HOSPITAL AND DEPARTMENT!
It is a nice hospital and it has amazing people working there I love when I was in that hospital and good Christian family at that hospital they were like my third family over there I miss them so much
Brought my wife in for pain in the middle of her lower chest 3.5 hrs ago they did ekg and blood all within 20 minutes of being here. Have been sitting here waiting ever since, guess someone around here doesn’t think it’s to serious.
The staff is awesome.. They dedicated to their work..supportive and caring. #1 Best Thank the team of Nurses ICU.. Bent, Lizzy, Kelvin, and German.. Thks y'all Rock11😊😊
