How can family not be allowed by you to even sit on benches in the parking garage? Why would you make family have to sit in their cars in the parking garage? There are people in your hospital who have family that are not allowed to be with them inside the hospital and they can’t even sit on a bench in your parking garage! How terrible shame on you OLOL!

Very disappointed in the lack of pre-op communication with your Perkins Rd. surgery center. I should rephrase, there was NO communication. I will not have anything else done there by choice.
