Prices not as quoted on the phone, didn't realize the prices had changed until after the service was performed and I was already running late. All the advisors were busy, and all the cashier would do was apologize. I had even told the service writer what I was quoted and he still jacked up the price. Also listened to him basically lie to another customer regarding his brakes. Really should be careful what you say in earshot of others . Won't be back.
I found a nice blue charger on line and drove out to test drive and see about a deal but sales person didn’t seem to want to deal. Might as well went to Car Max.
I have bought three very nice brand new cars and truck since 2011. They were very more customer friendly in the old location. Every time I bring something in that needs work you need to have an appointment and it’s days before you get back. No loaners. I have been here over 90 minutes waiting for a ride. On top of that my new Jeep Cherokee limited with less then 24k the passenger headlight does not work either on bright or regular beam and they don’t know if it’s warranty or not. Really what a scam.
First time at the lot to have recall work done. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Window shopped and staff was helpful yet respectful of my purpose. Seriously considering purchasing sooner than later at this point.
The Service department are very disappointing. My car broke down on 2/15/2018 with a blown water pump. I broke down in Fort Worth and had to call a wrecker. While I was waiting, I called RW to see if my 2014 Dodge Charger was under warranty for this. I got a Voice mail and left "ALL" my info. I called later while in the wrecker. Female who answered said she would personally go back and have them call me. NO LUCK!!! Called again 3 times on Friday and got the same response. Had to take my car elsewhere to get it fixed.
