I can’t say enough about how important customer service is to a business. Yesterday was my first visit to Roger Williams Automall and today they made me a lifelong customer. The parts department at this store is the worst they have a complete idiot running it before lunch that only knows how to type on a key board. Told them the part they were offering me was the wrong part and continued to argue with me telling me it’s vin matched to truck and there’s no other options. Then after 45 min of arguing calls Chrysler and holy crap they’ve have 10 returned this month for being the wrong part. I came in for an oil change and a tire rotation. One of the lugnuts was stuck and they wanted me to ok to send it over to get it replaced, for a charge. I have a service contract so I always get this done at the dealership. There are other things that need to maintained, brakes, etc., but all my service will be going to another dealership.
