We bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee in July. We are very pleased with the vehicle. Tracy Oaks, our salesman, was fabulous and Ryan Tengco made the paperwork painless!! Great experience from beginning to end.
Overall I've had more good encounters here than bad. Some have been great, where they went beyond what I thought they would with their service. Also their customer service has really improved with the move to the new facility. I hope they can keep it that way.

We purchased a jeep 3 years ago from the old location, was told it was a quality vehicle even purchased the extended warranty. Just so happen said warranty expired and the rearend went out costing us an additional 4K. Then recently been receiving buy back request stating they would buy no matter the financial institute etc etc nothing stating it depends on what they value your vehicle at. So was trying to put us upside down on the vehicle not honoring their claim . So now I have had repeated bad experiences with this dealer.... read more
I'd rather walk than buy a vehicle from a fool like Roger Williams. He voted for that crappy health care bill, against the advice from every medical association in the country, even though he's not a doctor. No, he's just a disappointing politician and a fortunate son who happened to inherit a crappy car dealership.
