Loved working with our salesman Matt Boucher! If you want someone who will make the deal happen, ask for him. His style is laid back and that is what I like when buying a new car. He did what he had to do just to make sure we got the vehicle we wanted. I would give him 5 stars as well!!!
Brought my Dodge Grand Caravan to get looked out in October because it was overheating. Was told we needed a tuneup. Done. Brought it back in in December or January b/c it was overheating. Was told that the radiator cap was bad. Had that replaced. Brought it back again today b/c, you guessed it, it was overheating. After almost 3 hours I'm told it's my head gasket going bad.
This is the 3rd Jeep we have bought from Roger Williams. Our salesman Matt Boucher was very helpful and professional. The service department was great also. If your looking for top notch service, you need to see Jesse Donovan, he will bend over backwards to make sure his clients are taken care of, end of story he isn't just in it for the sale he will take care of you long after the sale has been done, he is my family's car guy for sometime now; I think he should be yours too!
I cannot express enough how much I LOVE doing business with Roger Williams in Weatherford! Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly! It's a good drive for me (I live in S Arlington!) but I HIGHLY recommend them! I've been taking my Jeep there from day one for oil changes/routine service. Sean and Jeff with Jackalope Customs can hook you up with some pretty awesome mods!
