Paid to have injectors put in my truck last year after owning the truck for a few days, truck thru a p2149 code saying bad injectors/ injector wiring harness, replaced the harness and when I went to tighten the nut on the injector the top turned. I found the top of my "new" injector had channel lock marks on it from their mechanics, not sure why those would be on a brand new injector. Called service and was told there's no warranty on parts or the work they performed. Had to spend another $550 for a new injector from oreilly... read more
The absolute worst service department we have ever used! They had our vehicle for three weeks for an oil change, tire rotation, and warranty work. Long story short, it was moved outside of their secure fence and left unlocked. After market headlights were taken as well as the nav/radio system.... It was stripped. With all the damage, we ended up having to trade it in to them.
They have the best customer service BY FAR! Wouldn't buy a car anywhere else!

Don't expect them to back their warranties.... Even if you bought the extended one.... And fallowed the owners manual......
I traded my Porsche Cayenne for a new Jeep SRT. It is the best car I've ever had!!!!! Love it. The service at Roger Williams can't be beat by any other dealer ( I've owned 2 Mercedes, 2 BMW's and a Porsche)
I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy a car! They made the whole process very smooth. Justin Hood, my salesman, was very thorough and knowledge about the different cars as I narrowed down my decision. All of the people who work there are so friendly and there is no pressure. I have bought two cars from Roger Williams Chrysler/jeep and have been extremely happy with both!
