Recommendedif you need any Aftermarket accessories or work done to your truck car or Jeep like I am having on my Jeep you need to talk to Sean in their aftermarket Department call jackalope. He is awesome they put a lift kit on my Jeep and it looks fabulous and rides great I have never met someone so nice . Sean us a perfectionist I like my things to be done perfect I'm very OCD when it comes to my jeeps and trucks. Sean really knows what he's doing you will be very happy if you have him do anything aftermarket to your vehicle
Best dealership creds! Rolled into this place at 9:00 on a Saturday and just left. One truck and trailer with a lot of underlying issues. They took care of us like we’d be back next month and we are from Alabama. Can’t get any better if you ask me!
Service department is behind because no one works. Made appointments 2 weeks prior for warranted work along with some maintenance. Truck sat for 2 days untouched. I intercepted more of a ahead ache and picked it up. Lots of excuses. Lots of reasons why it’s someone else’s fault.
The water pump went out on my 2017 Dodge 3500 on a Saturday as we were leaving for a trip to Oklahoma City. The service department worked us in and had the new pump and belt installed in a little over an hour. I really appreciate the attention they gave me as a return customer. Thank you to everyone involved in saving our trip. We appreciate it very much.

I bought my new JLU there recently and it was a great experience. From the sales people and Jackalope Custom, they made everything right. I highly recommend this dealership for great customer service all the way around!
I took my truck in for an oil change and tire rotation and the tire rotation was not done. I marked my new tire because I had a suspicion that they did not rotate the tires on my previous set of tires. The tire is still in the same location and now I am concerned they did not change my oil either. They have lost our business for both of our trucks.
