Brought a truck to us and towed our camper to the dealership and we made a deal on the truck. Quick, thorough, kind, and caring people made the deal smooth and fast. RecommendedThis location has one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Brooke, Robert, Leland, and Ray were the ones to help me. They got me in fast and went above and beyond excellent service. Ray called 1-2 times a day to give me an update on my Jeep. We had a bad experience at another Dodge location and the Roger Williams team made up for it. Will definitely have any future services done here.
RecommendedI live and work within 2 miles of another RAM dealer but I drive to Weatherford for all service on my truck at Roger Williams because this dealership is a first class operation. Always helpful and attentive, great a communicating progress and meeting the schedules they commit to.
