I took my Cadillac Escalade here for new tires and a detail. Spoke with Ray in the service department who was very helpful and got me right in. They finished it the same day and it looks amazing! Everyone in the service department is helpful and friendly. I highly recommend them no matter what make vehicle you own.
I took in my off brand car just by chance to see if they could fix it. Talking to Shelby about it she consulted with her manager Ray and together said they could. I was going to be able to make my six hour trip. I was treated like a long time customer and this was my first time in to this dealership. Just great people and experience. Looking forward to coming back for my other needed services. This is my new repair place. Thanks again for helping me!!
I have purchased many cars in my life and this was by far one of the easiest and most pleasurable buying experiences I have ever had. When I arrived at the dealership, everything was exactly as promised. The salesman, Johnny Echols was very professional and I would highly recommend visiting him and Roger Williams for your next vehicle
I took my ram truck in to Roger Williams because the fuel gauge was not working. They replaced the fuel pump with fuel gauge float said they found parts of it in the tank. On my way home the truck would surge and lose power. I took it back and told them it was probably the pump because it was not doing it before. They called me a couple of days later and said they needed to let a service teck drive it home it to diagnose the problem. Then they said they needed to flush the tank and lines for $600. they definitely don't care about anyone! the service department is horrible! once they get your money you're tossed to the curb! I don't recommend ANYONE buying anything from Roger Williams dodge!
I’m so glad that I’m done with my service package here. The lack of urgency and customer service is ridiculous. It should NOT take almost 2 hours to get an oil change and tire rotation completed. The lack of communication on the service department is completely uncalled for. We will not be back. We have been customers for 5 years, and have nothing but issues.
