I have had several bad experiences with the service department! I took my car in for and antifreeze leak. They had my car for 3 days and I had to call and inquire about my car myself. My assigned advisor didn't call me. I work 2 jobs my car is essential! Once I picked my car up I paid my deductible and the following day my car was still leaking antifreeze. RecommendedI would not recommend to go to any other place besides the one in Lexington!! This particular Rod Hatfield was amazing!! I've had so much trouble trying to get a car from previous places but Sean and Fred pulled through and actually helped me! Took a bit of time but I left with the car the same day!! Amazing! My salesperson, Sean was awesome! He was very professional and was definitely reliable! Ask for him when you go in! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They are lied about having a car in stock and then once you come to the dealership they say it's gone but we have this one for $6,000.00 more! They're just another POS dishonest car dealer.
