Terrible experience. Bought a used car less than a month ago and it has an electric problem. Took it into the service department for repair, they said they could've find the problem and charged us almost $200 for no repair.

Had them replace the rear ac line on my Tahoe. Was told the job would take one day. When I received my car FOUR days later and inspected the work I found that they had only spliced the line instead of replacing the entire line that I paid for. Spoke to the manager and he informed me that this was standard practice when replacing a line like that. (Yeah right).
