The Winchester location was horrible. I got my vehicle there 3 years ago and was planning on getting a new one there again soon but I'll never go back. I took my boyfriend there and they wasted our time for 3 hours. They gave up after the first option didn't work out and weren't helpful in suggesting something else. I was looking to purchase a 2020 traverse. Austin proceeded to place me into a silver base model I did not want. I told him I wasn’t interested in that model and where I needed my payments to be. He said I had options to come up to the dealership. Then, the finance manager Brian fletcher called me, said he didn’t want to lose my business over fog lights and black paint. My daughter brought her car there . Needed a battery and some other work. we declined the work there due to the price but did let them put the battery in. They charged $372.00 for a battery and a diagnosis.
Unauthorized credit search back in October 2018,was assured it would be removed by April 2019. No one responds to emails or telephone calls!
Bought a Terrain in April and on average, it has been in the shop once a month since we have had it. Our mechanic told us today to keep it close to home. The engine is not expected to last much longer.

We were lied to, and their team will back each other to lie to you. Also will use past insensitives to make sales and don’t care that they lied . Even sales manager back them up. Was supposed to get tags for year , did not!! Was supposed to get free oil changes for a year did not! There is couple of the things they do for your business!!
