Not sure about the Chevy dealership but the ram dealership isn’t worth a nickel. Been dicking with those clowns for 2 months about getting a radio out of my trade in & was told they would be sending me the old radio. Still haven’t seen the radio. Very un professional
we bought a 2016 Silverado in September 2016 from the used lot. our truck only had 200 hundred miles on it. they told us it was loan out to a great client while his truck was being worked on. they also told us that if we bought the truck it would have a 3 year warranty just like a new one. today we had to replace the blower motor and it cost 750 dollars. they said our warranty ran out May 2nd. we didn't even own the truck in may of 2016. we have bought are last two vehicles there.
