I don’t recommend anybody to get service I got my car that I bought from them towed there they said nothing was wrong and for me to come get it same issue happened on the way home payin for another towe on the way home
I was there for an oil change on my 2018 Buick Encore. When I picked up my vehicle I found a large amount of oil on the engine. When I told the service employee about the oil he said sorry it will have to burn off because there isn’t anyone her to remove the oil. I spoke to a manager and was told the issue will be reviewed and I would receive a follow up call in approx. 2 days. I got no call. We got a flyer in mail called up there told them it's 1hr 30min drive for us to get there told him everything about my Ford Escape even the high miles on it and he said no problem we'll take it in on trade will pay the rest of what you owe and will put you in a vehicle well after spending money I really didn't have in gas to get up there it ends up he's like oh sorry we can't take ford as a trade in but we can get you in the one of three van's which where not even in Lexington they was in Winchester really...
