RecommendedService Department always does an amazing job! Wont go anywhere else!
The service department is a joke. We had an appointment scheduled for noon for an oil change. Behind us was a lady scheduled for 12:30 who got her vehicle taken back first for her oil change. Here it is after 1:15 and we are still waiting for our vehicle. I have nothing good to say about this place. If this is how they treat their customers. I had totaled out my SUV and we had to get another vehicle because I did not have any other vehicle. We came in around 7pm last night and was greeted by two wonderful salesman Joel Hurst and Josh Muncy and they did not quit till they found us a financing company so we could drive away in a vehicle that we wanted we was very lucky to get a 2018 Jeep Renegade that's fully loaded. customer service sucks, after selling you a new car, they don't care about any other issues you might have and really screwed me over, couldn't give me what I bought so tried upselling me...stay far away from here and especially salesman Jay Parks
