I thought purchasing my first car through a dealership would just be a hassle but thanks to TJ and the rest of the Rod Hatfield team I had a great experience...if you are looking to buy a car and don’ think you can afford it give Hatfields a try

Purchased 2018 with less than 30,000 miles and it breaks down three weeks later. It was 87 degrees, and I had my 9 month old and 3 year old with me. They only offered me a a guy’s number to have it towed. No courtesy vehicle offered. Then called me two days later to ask me if I “would be in Lexington anytime soon” to give them the lien release on our trade in knowing the car I bought from them is in the shop at a different dealership and hasn’t even been diagnosed yet. Go somewhere else. If I could give zero stars I would.

I made an appointment for an oil change with their express service, I showed up for my appointment at 9am and I was 4th in line. Don’t get me wrong I understand things can get busy at times and agreed to leave my vehicle. I returned at 2:30 pm to find my truck parked in the rear of the building and the service bay empty, and the guy at the desk said they had not “gotten a chance to do it yet, but was getting ready to do it now” When I stated they have had my truck for 5 hours and I had an appointment on top of that, he state... read more

We having been going to Rod Hatfield for a long time. They are eager to work with you, get you into the vehicle you select and are super nice. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with them and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!

Be more upfront with true pictures of the item you are driving 75 miles to see. Also, beware of the online pricing. Make sure you read the fine print on their website. The price is only with a 2010 or newer trade in and financing.
