Went to Rockcliffe Hall for a spa morning with massages. Absolutely perfect - helpful staff, spotless facilities, a wonderful setting and just a brilliant experience from start to finish
We were charged £145 for a bottle of wine when we don’t drink alcohol !! We realised after paying our dinner that it was too much for what we ordered. Reading other reviews it seems a recurring theme not just a one off!!! They apologised and promised to refund the money plus service charge of £31..guess what we only received the £145! Dishonesty is their prominent feature so please check everything!
