Spa day total let down I’ve been to Rockliffe Hall for spa days many times before. My last visit wasn’t great, and although I’d emailed them my concerns at the time, I decided to give them another chance but unfortunately, it was another disappointment. A few things worth noting: • The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. • There’s no welcome drink anymore, you used to go upstairs, fill out your consultation form, and enjoy a drink which set the tone for the day. • No slippers provided for spa day guests anymore!! 10/10. The best spa hotel we’ve ever been to. Staff are so attentive and friendly, they go above and beyond! Rooms are very clean and the grounds are very well looked after. Really couldn’t rate the place enough, will definitely be returning.
