Great selection of new and used bicycles. Very impressed with the buy back program. Logan was my sales person and was very knowledgable for selecting the appropriate size bike for my soon to be 6 year old grandson's birthday present. When I walked in I felt welcomed and all my questions were answered. There was no pressure and we went home with an early birthday present. Other staff I encountered were also very nice.
I have been wanted to get a new bike for a long time, its been over 10 years since I've been on one. When I went to Rockford Bicycle Company I talked to Ziggie. He was awesome, listen to what I was looking for and picked out exactly what I wanted (I didn't know what I wanted walking in, but I knew it when I test road it). Ziggie was great to talk to and I'm very happy with the product that I got!

Logan was absolutely awesome and knowledgeable when we were doing research on what we wanted for our growing kiddos. When we called ahead to order them for pickup he was professional and kind.
