I bought my bike 2 years ago. They were awesome with helping me choose the right bike for my needs. I've been back for accessories since I've purchased my bike. I usually speak with Aaron when I go and he always has answers to my questions, very knowlegable and friendly. I recommend them to everyone looking for a new bike or any related gear.
Bought a new bike for my wife and we had lots of questions. Worked with Ziggie he is the Man worked out all my question and got a great bike X-Cal 9
Stopped by to look for 2 kids bikes. Ziggie helped us find the right fit for the boys...very helpful and knowledgeable. He even helped us get the bikes in the car after closing time. I highly recommend Rockford Bicycle Company.
I haven't purchased a bike in many years. Logan was very helpful and patient in helping me test out various styles of bikes and pointing out the pros and cons. I am really happy with my selection.
Although I didn't have enough cash to buy anything, I was extremely pleased with the customer service. I wasn't in there for a minute before Rodrigo approached me and helped me look at the bikes. He knew everything about them, and even spoke Spanish! He let my buddy and I try out an electric bike, and it was sick as fuck... Definitely coming back on my next paycheck
