Ziggie was really patient and helped size all four of our kids. He even made sure the streamers for our twins' bikes were sized exactly the same so they wouldn't fight�. Thanks Rockford Bicycle Co. we'll be back for the growth trade-in in a couple of years!

I cannot stress how much I recommend this shop. They have everything from an amazing bike selection to the friendliness of the staff. In my time there it was always a great time thanks to Aaron, Logan, Ziggie, Reynaldo, Skip, and to others who have worked there. You won't find a better place to be when you need something taken care of on your bike or just going in to look around. You can take my word to the grave. 11/10

Ziggy helped us today pick out our daughter's first bike. He was great, the bike is cool, and she's ready to roll!
I went in not entirely sold on buying an electric bike, but because of the exceptional service I received from Ziggie and the rest of the team, I ended up purchasing one. As soon as I walked in, Ziggie approached me and offered to show me their several different models of e-bikes and even take one for a test ride. When I went to purchase the bike later, he made sure I would be comfortable on the size of bike before I officially bought it, without me even asking.
