Went shopping for new bike yesterday and when we stopped at Rockford Bicycle, our search was over. Purchased a new Trek bike and the service Aaron provide was fantastic!
Today we went and got my birthday girl who turned 6 a new trek bike. Cody was outstanding with all kinds of knowledge on all of the bikes in the store. Something we thought was really neat that they do for kids is the Bike Grow up thing. Basically when it is time to get a bigger bike for your kid they will give you half your dollar back on the old bike so you can use that money towards a new “bigger” bike. Thanks again Cody.
Aaron helped us today buy a bike for my daughter and try out some bikes for myself. I even tried out the trek ebike....that was fun! 🚴🏻♀️🚴♂️
I had an excellent experience here. I just bought a bike. First one I've bought in a long time since my old one is still working well. But wanted an update. Logan did a first rate job! I let him know what I wanted and he showed me two great examples that matched my needs perfectly. He didn't try to upsell me or confuse me. After test riding both, I needed to think, so went home and checked out what he had written down for me. Cody was able to recommend me a bike based on my needs right away. I’m glad I took his advice because I’m loving my bike! Not only was he helpful, the rest of the staff was too! They’re also very friendly. Definitely recommend checking the store out
