At this time, I can't recommend this bicycle shop for repair work. I dropped off my CAAD 10 a few weeks back. It had shifting problems. They said they would do a tune up on it to get it shifting correctly. I agreed and picked it up. I rode it 2 days later for 53 miles. I thought it was great work and that it shifted properly etc. Then, I went out and rode it today. 27 miles into my ride, my left crank-arm fell off. I wrecked fairly badly going up hill. When their website says helpful RBC means it. I took a cervelo time trial bike with Di2 ultegra electronic shifting to them for repair. The owner Skip met me at the counter. I pointed to a fractured rear derailer and all he said was “we’ll take care of it.” And they did indeed. Except for part delivery extended wait times (not their fault )his staff turned the bike around quickly. A shout out to John!! Grateful man!
we brought 3 bikes in for the 30day checkups. we were greeted right away and they took the bikes from us as soon as we walked in. AJ took mine and he was very informative and took the time to show me a few things and adjust the bike to my comfort. He was great with questions that I had about the bike and took the time to show me some basic maintenance stuff to do for up keep. Thanks!
Stopped off with a rear wheel that had a broken axle. He didn't have the axle as it was too old, but he had a rim that I could replace the whole thing - totally fine with me, and he came in under the price he quoted! Seems like a nice place!
A fantastic store. Will be back again, hopefully this time to purchase a new Bike.
Great service, fabulous atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, fair pricing, very nice and clean facility, ability to have a drink and watch TV while you wait. Highly recommend to shop here or even just visit !
Bought a bike two days ago. Kevin was wonderful to work with. He was not a salesman - let the bike do the talking! All my questions were answered in a straight forward manner. Bike was fitted to me and riding it is a dream! Bikes have changed so much over the years and I was happy to have someone who could figure out what I wanted and what would be the best match. Service looks to be awesome too! --free tune ups every spring!
