I have gone multiple times to Rockford Bicycle Company. First time was to buy my bike and the knowledge of the bikes that the staff has was exceptional. Every time I have returned I have been amazed by the customer service I have received.

Just purchased 2 Trek mountain bikes for my teenage children. thank god for Ziggy because my kids were in the totally wrong size bikes before his help. they are not pushy at all and very friendly. Definitely recommend them. Had to order my son bike and it only took a few days and when I got the to pick it up we decided to add a few things on it and in 15 minutes it was done!!!!

I recently purchased a new Trek from Rockford Bicycle Company and I couldn't be happier. I came in unsure as to what style bike would best fit my needs. I have never bought a bike as an adult, but have tried out/borrowed a few with friends and family in recent years. Logan approached me, asked all the right questions, fitted me for a bike that met my needs (a hybrid) and that I felt good about. No high pressure selling: just honest, helpful dialogue. He is so knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. This may have been the easiest sporting equipment purchase I have ever experienced. Their free tune up program is a great deal.
