Just bought two bikes- 20 minutes before closing. Ziggie helped us out with what we needed and was more than helpful! Excited get out and ride.
Bought 2 trek bikes yesterday for 1266 dollars. Wanted a different seat for one of them. Thought maybe I could get sum sort of a deal if I traded the seat for another.. the manager on duty was not helpful at all. He seemed to be bothered by any questions we asked. I would have thought a good buying experience would have made me come back in for all of the accessories I will be purchasing in the future but that didn't happen. This was my first time purchasing a bike and I had been looking for a long time and knew exactly what I wanted so I stopped in to check some out and ended up leaving with an amazing bike. Ziggie helped me out the entire time and made the experience fantastic. Will recommend to family and friends !
