Also, thanks to AJ and Kayden for attaching a kickstand, bottle holder and lights to make my bike perfect!! I even walked out with a free bike lock! Great customer service, the company is lucky to have them!

Ray was great to work with and very helpful! I was able to find a trek bike that fit me perfectly...it is lightweight, rides smoothly and changing gears are easy. I am so excited to ride it in my tri coming up!
Ray was very helpful yesterday at Rural Oaks block party. He promptly fixed my son's fairly new bike that was lacking proper brake usage. In no time, it was corrected. My son will now be riding it to high school this fall without any worries. Thanks so much!

Love the 2017 fuel ex 29er I got at RBC. Amazing bike compared to some of the other bikes in its class. I went in and talked to Alan Goff and he spent slot of time with me discussing the perfect bike for my needs, went out of his way to help me with all my questions. Can't say enough about him and the entire crew at Rockford Bike Company
