I Hire Petri Pest Control and they subcontracted Rocket Pest Control to treat our Ficus Hedge , Do not hire Petri Pest Control or Rocket Pest Control if you care about your plants. My partner and I are very displeased with the responsiveness of Rocket currently, they have been handling rodent and termite issues for our rental, but recently, since we needed more rodent trappings we have had issues getting them to pick up and call us back. We have rats trapped in our attic right now, since the completed exclusion, and have remediation scheduled for Monday but we haven't heard back from them to get the rats handled. upon signing up for the service i was guaranteed removal of pests because i am selling the house. a month and a half later and the problem is just as bad as before. this whole process has been nothing but frustrating. our assigned tech doesn’t seem to understand the urgency of the problem and isn’t aggressively attacking the problem. we had a second tech at one point who agreed with us that the treatment plan was not aggressive enough and he would take over to help us solve the problem. he even offered to bring a special sho... read more
Saw 2 carpenter ants, and decided before it got worse to contact a pest company. First they were going to charge me 249.00, next it was going to be 349.00, then they lowered it to 299.00 for a one time service. Since they have came I have seen 6 carpenter ants, and now a bunch of tiny ants. This was about 30 days ago. I am not sure how they have 5 stars as I have more ants now than before the 299.00 service. Thank you for absolutely nothing!
