Por mi parte tuve cirugía y fueron unas atenciones espectaculares.Y ayer mi hijo tuvo cirugía de la espalda baja y no tengo quejas siempre me mantuvieron informada de todo el proceso.El equipo médico muy profesional incluyó al personal de limpieza,cocina en general estoy completamente agradecida y para una próxima ocasión vuelvo.Gracias hicieron la gran diferencia.
My 4 year old son had to have his tonsils androids out and the nurses and doctors where awesome.
I would never recommend my worst enemy going to this hospital for even the most minor thing. They performed 3 surgical procedures on me without any anesthesia. I was promised to be under heavy sedation and wouldn't feel anything but I was wide awake and felt everything. I was told by another surgeon that it shouldn't have been done that way either. There is a lot more to what I experienced but this is the major part of it. I wore my own urine because of an idiot nurse that spilled my bedpan on me. They tried to do sugar test... read more
Hablo por el quinto piso...5800 el servicio es pesimo..ingnorancia total ,muy lamentable,brillan por su ausencia, estuve 3 horas y llama ayuda y por poco no llegan..es horrible, que está pasando con nuestros enfermos,en quien confiar..... I speak for floor fifth...5800..the servir is horrible,inogner total,they shine for ausentes, i was there 3 hours í asking for help y never been there..omg what happen wt the pleople, especiality my sister ..we can't throus nobady..plz take of than. I don't know where to begin to express my gratitude of how you treated my husband from the emergency room to our stay on the second floor. From your amazing nurses, techs, Drs AND dietary. Very thorough, very attentive, very caring staff. I cannot say enough. You cared like we cared- and I thank you for that !
Lastnight I went in at 6:30 and was seen by 6:45 , the reason I went was personal but they took excellent care of me. The nurses were soo nice and very sweet. They came in every 15 mins , they took very good care of my family and friends, I'm glad we finally got some answers. �
I was recently admitted to RGH for the past seven days secondary to a back injury I sustained at work. I was transferred here from their sister hospital Clifton Springs. I couldn't be more pleased with the service that I've received from not only my surgeon and his team of mid levels, but the nursing and patient care staff here on the 4500 floor.
