Call backs slow if ever. scheduling of test - terrible if you need right away - they don’t care - what your Dr requests. Rooms dirty - housekeeping hit and miss. Meals a total joke - order what you want - eat what they send. Nurses great but overworked and under staffed. Had no air conditioning for 2 days - offered no fans. And don’t even think about asking me about billing. I would recommend staying away from anything dr or hospital under Rochester Regional umbrella.
Had a piece of metal stuck in my eyeball. Went in to get it checked out and removed. The PA who treated me, acted like she had better things to do. She looked my eye over for 30 seconds, had me flush it, gave me antibiotic drops, and sent me on my way. Eye was still irritated the next day, went to the eye doctor, he's shocked she couldn't see the obvious piece of metal sticking out of my eye. Very unimpressed with my experience at this facility.

Had a wonderful experience in unit 4300 until today. My mother’s been in the hospital for a while. Today 7/22 she had a minor procedure. After the procedure, she got a new nurse Debi. As my mom was returning to her room they asked her if she can walk. I informed her she can't walk because she has a condition where it feels like she's being stabbed as she walks even if it's a few steps.
