Had a wonderful experience in unit 4300 until today. My mother’s been in the hospital for a while. Today 7/22 she had a minor procedure. After the procedure, she got a new nurse Debi. As my mom was returning to her room they asked her if she can walk. I informed her she can't walk because she has a condition where it feels like she's being stabbed as she walks even if it's a few steps. RecommendedBack in 2016 I walked out of the emergency dept. staff were so rude and not helpful,uncaring and acted like everyone was a drug attic. Now in 2019 I came in with severe pain and was treated immediately. Each staff I met was kind caring and went out of their way to make me comfortable. That was ER. For the hospital I am amazed at the care and want to make everyone comfortable. I have never once had a bad hospital stay . each one of the nurses who cared for me had tons to do but took the time to care for each one of us. Great ... read more
