RecommendedI would like to thank Dr. Kimberly Rosati for my eye exam yesterday at the Kraeg Rd. location. It had been awhile since my last eye exam and she made it a very enjoyable experience. She took her time, explained everything to me, and answered all of my questions. I’m so glad I chose Reed Eye Associates and will recommend them to everyone I know.
terrible , no compassion at all. the aides treated my family member terrible. rude comments to her , she was so upset it was terrible and sad. I hope they never are treated that way but she is safe and in hospice now living her last days in peace and not in hell . you all should be very ashamed of yourselves . I do highly recommend Dr. grace and his staff wonderful people. and I can not say anything negative about the respitory therapist either they were the kindness people around we thank you for treating our family member ... read more

Attention to patient needs. To go over 2 1/2 hrs with very little interaction and information is not acceptable. Goal should be to get patients treated and released ASAP regardless of level of emergency.

Newark hospital is the worst hospital I have ever been to! not only did they do nothing to help me with my experiences there, but today when I was forced to send my boyfriend there to receive medical care they will not allow me to visit him. Even though I arrived before the ambulance. His step mother was allowed to visit him when she arrived later and I am still waiting. I’m furious we did not wish to ever return Newark hospital and we will never again! But good old Wayne county wouldn’t take him anywhere else. I am the one ... read more

this place is a joke. send home a patient who can barely walk, with blood pressure 70/40.shamefull. and the nurse lies about therapy and so on. how many lives have you lost vs save. despicable.
