I believe they're a little under staffed!! Putting people in the hallway and two feet next to a door that says BIOHAZARD is a little odd!!! When someone is in a hallway the first thing that comes to mind is out of sight out of mind!!you definitely get treated faster and better when you're in a room not a hallway. FYI get it together
So far just pre op meetings and labs. Very nice staff and feel very confident in my upcoming surgery and rehab. Great joint replacement center.
I had my left hip replaced. My experience with each and every person was positive and friendly. I especially liked the great communication and introduction of my new nurse/aide team when shift changes happened. I felt very respected and very well cared for, and cant express my admiration for my surgeon Dr Rashid, and the whole 6800 team. Thank you all.
Best place I love my np Amy at the Vascular surgery dept. They are all awesome. Wouldn't go anyplace else for my vascular issues.
They are taking good care of my daughter and her family while they welcome thier new addition to their family Nyla casodo my granddaughter
I was there with my 19 yr old son on the cardiac floor. The nurses were all nice to us. Dr. Shah was great. He took the time to explain to us what was going on with my son.
The nurses and Doctors looking after me are very nice & attentive to my needs & that is not usually the case for me while at Rochester General! Thanks!!
I had a very humiliating experience iwas put in hallway with a known infection i have sle lupus so i have to be careful of catching anything i was going to call. Channel 7 8 9 news but i was too sick
They treated me with great care had me in and out .%=
