I think communication needs to be better with people providing care. Nurses and PA, NP and dr need to talk to each other and give the pt the same correct information. To much waiting, wasted time. Wanting you to sign permission before you met or spoke with person providing service.
The Birthing Center is the best. My daughter delivered there yesterday and they made her special moment one to be remembered!! The whole team was phenomenal ���
I unfortunately come here all the time due to multiple medical issues. I need to speak up at this time. My experience truly varies each time but this is one of the worst. I tried to use the bathroom but my shoes were sticking to the floor. It wasn't a one time spill. I took a picture of the footprints left in the muck. I'm in the hall in a chair. But they are not for the people, I even a lot of crude in the way they have treAted people
Staff was great, especially Jenni Ann, the nurse who took care of Ralph on7800.

I had both of my boys at RGH and had an overall good experience both times. Nurse Ann (and truthfully all the special care nurses) are why I am giving a 5. Ann took amazing care of our second son when he was in the special unit. We live out of town so I stayed at the hospital when my baby had to stay longer and heard/saw those nurses day and night- they gave nothing but the best care to all those babies. I have not been treated very well at the hospital itself. But my Doctor is the best,she is the only reason i still go there.I don't want to be a patient there,and not on the 4th floor.😩😡
What a top notch hospital! Nursing staff, Doctors everyone works together for seemless and extra special patient care. RGH is second to none.
