Recommendedmy husband and two of my sons had surgery in the same day surgery unit. We have used the ER on several occasions and found the treatment there comparable to other area ERs. People say a lot of negative things about NWH but we have never had a problem.
RecommendedI’ve been going to Dr Brown for years! He truly cares about his patients and it shows 100%. Not only that but Rayn who works up front has went above and beyond for me and so many others more times than i can count! She is heaven sent to patients and treats us all like family! If it were not for Dr Brown, Dr Bayer and Rayn i wouldn’t drive 30 mins to get to the Drs haha but I’ll never switch!

Arrived at 5:30 am for a scheduled and non-elective procedure. Waited EIGHT hours before finally reaching the operating theatre, There is an unprofessional cardiac surgeon there who rules the roost. We discovered we had to wait because the Prima-Donna surgeon performed an elective procedure. I will say the place has physically cleaned up...however same old ‘nurse’ attitude...ignore , ignore, ignore...you all know it...walk to the nurses station to ask a question...the nurses and admins simple ignore you...I had to provide a ... read more

RecommendedThey were very thoughtful and caring, and professional. Very clean environment.Prompt courteous professional staff . They made my stay very comfortable and always checked in with me and made sure all my needs were met , thank you Drs , nurses and everyone that helped me during my stay .
