It's s hospital. Pretty good one but it's not somewhere you go for fun.

So understaffed in the Er, and unfortunately we pay the price,no one seems to communicate with each other, what could of been a much easier time,ended up being one of the worst experiences there in a while. It's a shame,because at one ti,i was proud to work for Rochester General.

Nuclear medicine cardiac stress test was great the staff was great
The surgery center is wonderful my husband had surgery Tuesday March 21 everything was wonderful but your emergency room needs a lot of help it's filthy under staffed nursees are very unfriendly due to the under staffing
I think that from the Doctors right to Housekeeping do a fabulous job...The Nurses are great. My sister is in there now for a total knee replacement... They were fabulous! She comes home tomorrow.. Also had my daughter there almost 30 years ago...
They are good with kids I was in an accident and I was made to sit in the hallway and was only given an aspirin ibuprofen and I was in the great pain but I felt like the doctors didn't care I went back 2 Days Later with the same pain and was giving a Motrin and made to sit in the hallway again but the bill was very expensive wasn't pleased with my care at Rochester General in January 2017 I was brought in with the neck brace on a stretcher I was made to walk to X-rays and back to the hallway again.
