I have been in the area since 2005. I found Dr. Hackley through a great deal of research. I have been pleasantly surprised with this dental practice. As her business grows, I find that both the business and medical aspects of the practice continue to improve. Dr. Hackley's staff also provides excellent customer service.
When it comes down to it, no one really likes to go to the dentist, but because of the medical staff and the administrative staff, I can say that I don't dread my biannual visits. Overall, my visits with Dr. Hackley are always a positive experience. I only wish that other doctor's visits were the same.
I had two wisdom teeth extracted. Dr Hackley and her assistant did a great job, had no pain during the procedure and very little discomfort after. I've been going to Dr Hackley for the last 3 years,everybody is always very nice, polite and patient in answering my questions. I like the extended hours and that I never have to wait more than 5min to be seen.
I am very satisfied with my regular teeth cleaning today - all the staff are very nice and friendly - I enjoyed it very much and will go here again next time!
I needed immediate attention re a broken crown. I called Dr. Hackley's office immediately and they were able to get me in the same day! Althoug they worked me in, I did not feel rushed or neglected in any way. Dr. Hackley took her time in examining me and her staff was very attentive.
My family and I have been with Dr. Hackley since 1998 and we have always had courteous, caring, and professional attention to all of our dental needs. I love her and her whole team~~they're great!
Dr. Hackley went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my experience today. I have had some not so pleasant experiences at other dentists. I had a hard time holding still because she kept me laughing. Her staff is also very educated and friendly. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist!
