I chose to have the Twilight Zone procedure for my root canal. All of my questions were clearly answered before the day of the procedure and the office environment and staff were just right for a patient like me who has geat anxiety when undergoing dental treatment. Without reservation, I consider Dr. Hackley and her staff to be, not only very professional, but extremely caring when dealing with their patients.
My appointment was first thing in the morning and I love how I was called immediately, had a very nice and easy cleaning and even though it was a tad bit painful, that wasn't the fault of nothing but my deep pockets that needed the medication. I hardly ever have an 'uncomfortable' experience at Dr. Hackley's... (and when I did it was many years ago).

Everything went well as it should.
i don't like spending money on myself personally as i would rather go racing or work on a project or do something for the family. However after 4 hours in the chair yesterday today i feel healthy again. I will never put off fixing a cavity again. fixed 4 teeth, lost two and the caps and crown are on order... and i do feel it was MAGIC.. to use the Doctor's own words. I asked "what are you going to do today?". She replied "magic!" and how right she was. thanks to the whole crew.
Best dental care I have had. Great front office staff. They are FAB for billing. They do a treatment plan that shows what your insurance will pay and what you will pay out of pocket. And they stick by it. Love the location in a mall.
I never have to wait and I always leave satisfied
