I had cavities filled. It was a busy day in the office and there was confusion on where my chart was located. Otherwise, everything went fine.
The hygenist was terrific as usual. She is considerate and, most importantly, gentle.

I highly recommend Dr. Hackley to anyone needing dental work. She is very thorough, knowledgeable and truly cares about your overall health. Her staff are very professional, warm and friendly. She made some really good suggestions and tried to save me money on some future work I needed by giving her honest opinion on what was most important and essential to take care of now versus doing everything all at one time. I will definitely go back to Dr. Hackley.
I have been seeing Dr. Hackley for about 10 years and have never been disappointed in my treatment or the office staff. I have the misfortune to have the most abnormal teeth in the world (twisted roots, etc.). Dr. Hackley is always unflappable and deals with each unexpected situation with patience and care. Yesterday I had my first implant and had no pain with the procedure. Dr. Hackley knows each of her patients and always takes care to provide the right combination of pain relief measures.

Dr. Hackley's staff was right on on time, and handled all aspects smoothly and efficiently. This case involved putting me "out", which involved my taking one pill in the evening, and one in the morning. Then I took two slight oral doses at the ofice, and that was it. Next I knew, it was time to be driven home. There has been no pain or swelling or any other surprises...
I had to have several teeth taken out and was quite nervous about it. But the surgery went as smooth as possible. Dr. Hackley made sure I was sufficiently numbed up before she started to take the teeth out. Both teeth were then taken out.
Efficient treatment by nice people.
