All in all it was a positive experience. However, I did not appreciate waiting almost 40 minutes between the novacaine injection and the procedure. The temporary crown was put in Thursday afternoon, and fell out Sunday morning.
First time patient, experience was great . very professional staff and Doctor was great ,very nice and easy going . great experience ....
I'm not a fan of the dentist but whenever I'm in Dr. Hackley's office it's like visiting family.
As always, my visit for my six month cleaning was excellent. The service is fast, courteous, and accurate. From checking in at reception to scheduling appointments with Shameen (sp)and billing requests from Rhonda, the experience is smooth and seamless. Unless I move out of the state, I will continue to patronize this establishment. Thank you for always providing a wonderful dental experience.

The overall experience was great, I got seen overtime. I got my teeth cleaned and sealants put on all within a hour. The staff is great as well.
I have been a patient for over 10 years. I started with Dr. Hackley when her name was given to me as a "gentle dentist." I had been severly traumatized by a string of bad dental experiences and even had a hard time sitting down in the chair. Dr Hackley was very kind, explained everythig before she did anything and made sure I was adequately numbed/sedated for all of my procedures.
