Been today for Sunday lunch Not booked but got sat down straight away, me, hubby and my guide dog. Lovely staff took drinks and food order. I had turkey with all trimmings hubby had the lamb. Huge portions beautiful home made food seasoned and huge yorkshire puddings.We ordered a side of mash but could not finish our food. It was beautiful compliments to the chef and kitchen team as its such a hot day, and to be cooking as well in it is commendable. Thanks again Judith and Brian see you soon.
Excellent and very friendly service.
The food was great. Although a little expensive since it's a pretty isolated spot on the trail. I camped and thought it was a bit of a rip off to charge 15 pounds for a campsite with zero amenities. They only let you use the restroom when the pub is open. No showers. No power.
