we are a regular purchaser from this lovely jewellers, have some beautiful items at reasonable prices, always deal with Kim who is just lovely, she knows what we like and is always happy to give her suggestions to what we are looking for.

Roberts Jewellers in Birmingham is the most prestigious Jewellers I have ever been to. I visited this Jewellers in March to get my beautiful 3 stone diamond ring resized but couldn't wait so took the ring home, I couldn't find this ring so I rang the Jewellers and spoke to a very kind lady called Ava who looked back on the cctv and said it wasn't left in the shop.
