Two early morning combined procedures in the Endoscopy Suite. From reception to prep to actual procedure, everyone was welcoming and patient. Each took time to introduce themselves and what their role would be. Each also asked if I had questions. That left me with a great level of comfort. Post-procedure was also nice executed to being escorted out of the building. Was beyond happy with the service given.cte

My mom is there and the place is a hole. Rooms are dirty not well kept. Today when I arrived for a visit medical trash on her room floor that I cleaned up ,paint peeling off the walls. I can say more but I can't get her moved in til Monday. If you love your family member don't put them in this hospital.
I had to have an emergency platelet and Cryo transfusion. Everyone was freiendly, caring and compassionate. My only comaint was the cost of the valet parking. I'm disabled so I couldn't park and walk far to the hospital. It cost me $17.00. I'm on a very tight budget and even though $17.00 doesn't sound like much, it's the cost of 2 or 3 od my medicines. They should offer a discount of some kind.
I've been to Ro Jo in New Brunswick twice in the emergency room. This last visit I was sent by my doctor for acute appendicitis, and everything progressed smoothly and our questions answered. I was operated on within eight hours, and twenty for hours after, I am home. All personnel were very professional and positive. Best thing I love is the menu!! Food is great. Awesome!
I am currently in Robertwood. I have had multiple heart issues and will not ever go anywhere else. The staff and Dr's here are 100000000000000% amazing. Monday I will be going in for more surgery and could not imagine being anywhere else. Thank you for all you have done for me!!!
In outpatient for a CT Guided Biopsy. Everyone was gracious, competent and helpful - from valet parking to admissions to nurses to technicians to doctors. I've (unfortunately) spent a fair amount of time in hospitals. Some are better than others. Some are dreadful. RWJohnson in New Brunswick has been, hands-down, the best. I believe the major difference must be the way staff are hired and nurtured at RWJ. Whatever they're doing, it's working.
