I would highly recommend Matt to anyone seeking a new role. My current new job is as a direct result of Matt's hard work and tenacity. Poor show from Ajay Hayre. I initially found this recruiter engaging and talkative, but the professionalism ended once I submitted my CV. Communication stopped completely, and it gave the impression that they were more interested in collecting CVs than managing genuine opportunities. It felt like roles were being spun up to source candidates rather than to actually fill real positions. Disappointing experience; recruiters should value transparency.

I was contacted by Abdul about a role and he was excellent with his knowledge of the company and the GM. He prepped me really well in terms of their vision for the role and company and really gave me the confidence that I was the right fit for them. He also got me 2 other interviews which I attended and was also put forward for final stages with this.
