Robert fitted 2 watch batteries for me. One of them quite tricky with screws etc. took his time and did both whilst I waited. All for a very fair price. So great to see good old fashioned customer service from a local business owner. Great selection of vintage watches on display too. Recommended.

Took a ring in with a lost stone for repair after not having any luck in the store across the road. The gentleman was creative yet realistic in suggesting ways we fix the ring and he came up with a fantastic and permanent solution to fix it. Did a great job and would definitely take any future items to this store.

After receiving horrible customer service from a very nearby jewellers, my mum (who's first language is not English) was feeling quite under confident but came to Robert Anthony's and was so happy she did. She was so happy with the service and experience that she received that she insisted we go together today. Both Robert and his lovely wife were not just welcoming and friendly, but they provided a wealth of knowledge and expertise and at a incredibly competitive price.
